NOTICE OF MEETING
PSI CHAPTER DIAMOND ASSOCIATION
HOUSE CORPORATION (HC)
Please take notice that an interim
meeting of the HC is scheduled for:
Tuesday, April 25, 2006 starting at 7:00 PM
Psi Chapter House of Beta Theta Pi,
located at 12 Church Street, Bethany, West Virginia,
The following is the tentative agenda and purpose of
the meeting:
- Update the Board on the Recolonization effort;
what has been done at the house and what projects need to be done
- House Project Schedule - ratify actions taken
since last meeting. Seek approvals for projects planned.
- Review the financial status of the corporation /
Treasurers Report to-date
- Discuss board membership needs and makeup.
- To transact such other business as may lawfully
come before the meeting.
Please make plans to attend this meeting.
