Bethany Beta Theta Pi Chapter Members:

It is with great honor and pleasure that I announce to the Psi Chapter the election of Vince Mikolay, Bethany '00, to the Board of Trustees of Beta Theta Pi. During last month’s General Convention in Washington, D.C., delegates from all 122 chapters of Beta Theta Pi approved Brother Mikolay’s appointment as a Vice President on the Board of Trustees.

As a Vice President, Brother Mikolay is entrusted to hold the ten-member Board of Trustees accountable for their responsibility of ensuring that our Great and Good Fraternity continues to take positive steps to build men of principle, not only as undergraduates but as professionals, fathers, brothers, athletes, clergymen and friends. In doing so, Beta Theta Pi strives to be an ideal example among all fraternal societies.

Beta Theta Pi continues seeking capable alumni leaders to fulfill leadership and volunteer roles within our beloved organization. Brother Mikolay exemplifies the dedication, devotion and diligence required for his position, and we cannot be more pleased he accepted this very vital role to help lead the brotherhood of Beta Theta Pi.

Again, congratulations to one of Psi’s finest, Vince Mikolay, ’00. For more information on Brother Mikolay, please visit his biography. I hope you will join me by sharing directly with Vince your appreciation for his volunteer service.

Dr. P. Thomas Purinton, Kansas State ’63
